Animal Welfare & Compliance
Animal welfare, health and traceability are central to every Eurasia shipment. From initial selection to final delivery, each operation is prepared in accordance with applicable European Union rules and the veterinary requirements of the destination country.
Fit and Healthy Animals
Only animals that are healthy and fit for transport are selected for export. Their condition is assessed during selection, veterinary preparation, loading and shipment.
Identification and Traceability
Every animal is individually identified and traceable through official records. Breeding cattle are herdbook-registered and supplied with the applicable pedigree and performance documentation.
Veterinary Controls
Clinical examinations, laboratory tests, quarantine procedures and official veterinary inspections are completed according to the protocol agreed for the destination market. Official health certificates and export documents are coordinated with the competent veterinary authorities, using TRACES where applicable.
Responsible Handling
Animals are handled calmly and loaded under appropriate supervision to reduce stress and avoid injury. Groups are organized according to relevant factors such as age, size, sex and condition.
Modern Transport
Eurasia works with authorized livestock transporters using modern, purpose-built vehicles. Space allowance, ventilation, water, feed, journey duration, rest arrangements and route planning are managed according to applicable requirements and the needs of the animals.
Compliance
Each shipment is prepared to meet both European export requirements and the importing country's veterinary conditions. Documentation, border procedures and transport arrangements are reviewed before departure to support a safe and compliant journey.
