1. What Cookies Are

- Analytics cookies: help us understand how the website is used. They are activated only after consent where required.
- Third-party or media cookies: may be set by embedded video, maps or other external services and are activated only after the required consent.
3. Your Choices
Optional cookies are used only with your consent. On your first visit a cookie banner lets you accept all optional cookies, reject all of them, or choose by category under Settings: Analytics (Google Analytics) and External media (the Google Maps map on our Contact page). Nothing optional is loaded before you decide, rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through "Cookie Settings" at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we will ask again. Until External media is allowed, the Contact page shows a placeholder instead of the map, and you can load the map for a single visit with its "Show map" button.
Our own visitor statistics are collected with a cookieless page-view beacon that uses a privacy-preserving daily hash instead of a cookie or persistent identifier. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the requested website functions depend on them.

5. Browser Controls and Updates
